Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Nautica Home bed purchase, but if you decide to exchange or return the bed during the 100 Night Test Rest period call a Sleep Specialist toll free at 1-866-725-2247. You may exchange your mattress one time within the 100 Night Test Rest period. Exchanges between sizes and models (i.e. from Queen to King or from one style to another) will be processed as whole bed exchanges. You will be responsible for any difference in price. All shipping and incidental charges to return a bed are covered by Nautica Home Mattresses. All merchandise being returned must be in good condition and be given a "Return Authorization" (RA) number from Customer Service, which will expire 30 days from date of issue. Nautica Home will arrange for return shipping. The RA must be included with all products returned in order to track your return and promptly process your credit. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15 business days after all products have been received and inspected. Products will NOT be issued a refund if any of the following applies 1) mattress found to be damaged beyond normal use expectations 2) mattress is soiled 3) mattress is returned prior to a complete 30 night trial period. Adjustable Power Base

While we do not accept returns on adjustable Power Bases, we stand by their quality with a 20 Year Limited Warranty. If you experience problems or have questions about your adjustable base, call a Sleep Specialist at 1-866-725-2247. They are available Mon-Fri 8am-4pm CST, whether it’s a simple question or a warranty-related issue.
