No. All Nautica mattresses use CertiPUR-US certified foams, meaning they are manufactured without the use of formaldehyde, ozone depleters or heavy metals like lead or mercury.

Absolutely Not. All Nautica Home mattresses use natural cotton in the FR barrier to deliver a safe, healthy product to our customers. Unlike many popular mattress manufactures, we have NEVER used Fiberglass in our products.

Foam mattresses may have a slight odor for the first 24 hours. The mattress can be used immediately upon unboxing, but the odor is completely safe and will dissipate shortly after in a well-ventilated room.

Nautica Home Memory Foam mattresses use a zip off, fully removable cover for easy cleaning. Our hybrid quilted mattress covers can be spot cleaned as needed.

You can use any electric blanket with your Nautica Home mattress. However, Nautica Home mattresses are engineered to react to heat and pressure so if a heating pad is placed directly on one of our memory foam mattresses (i.e. under your lower back), the memory foam will react to the heating element of the pad and not your body.

Your new Nautica Home mattress is backed by a 10 year limited warranty.

MATTRESS SET UP

Nautica Home mattresses range between 40 and 117 pounds depending on model and size and each can be easily carried and moved in the box it's delivered in.

No.Nautica Home mattresses do not require the use of a boxspring with the use of a proper foundation or bed frame. See our selection HERE.

Yes. Nautica Home mattress are engineered and designed to work with adjustable bed bases, like the one you see HERE.

Nautica Home mattresses take 24 to 48 hours to fully expand, but can be used and slept on immediately after unboxing.

Both Nautica Home memory foam mattresses and hybrid innerspring mattresses can be slept on immediately after unboxing, however, please allow up to 48 hours for your new mattress to fully expand to its full size.

BED BASES

A Split King size sleep system is a combination of two Twin XL mattresses, placed side by side, creating a dual sided, fully adjustable sleep system.

Yes. Our adjustable power base can be used with any traditional mattress or mattress topper with the exception of waterbeds.

Yes. Both the head and foot sections of the power base are fully adjustable to suit your needs.

Yes.The adjustable power base comes pre-programmed with the Zero Gravity setting.

No. The metal platform base is static, however, the Power Base is adjustable

No. The wood platform base does not adjust, however, the Power Base does adjust.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

FREE. All Nautica Home mattresses are eligible for free shipping within the 48 contiguous US states.

We recommend contacting your favorite local charity and arranging to donate your old mattress.

Your new Nautica Home mattress should arrive at your doorstep within 6-8 days after leaving our warehouse, depending on your location.

No. Sorry, we cannot ship to a P.O. box.

No. Nautica Home does not accept checks or money orders for online order placement.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 100 Night Sleep Trial for all Nautica Home mattresses. However, we highly recommend trying the mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to a new mattress. If, after 30 days, you wish to return or exchange your air bed, you may do so, WITH NO RESTOCKING FEES. We will even pay for the return shipping for TRULY RISK FREE SHOPPING. All merchandise being returned for a refund must be in good condition and be given a "Return Authorization" (RA) number from Customer Service, which will expire 30 days from date of issue. Nautica Home will arrange for return shipping. The RA must be included with all products returned in order to track your return and promptly process your credit. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 15 business days after all products have been received and inspected. Products will NOT be issued a refund if any of the following applies 1) mattress found to be damaged beyond normal use expectations 2) mattress is soiled 3) mattress is returned prior to a complete 30 night trial period. If for any reason you need to return or exchange your Nautica Home Mattress, call a Sleep Specialist at 866-725-2247 and we will work with you to return your mattress with packing materials we supply, or we will work with you to have your mattress locally donated or disposed of.

No. While we do not accept returns on adjustable Power Bases, we stand by their quality with a 20 Year Limited Warranty. If you experience problems or have questions about your adjustable base, call a Sleep Specialist at 866-725-2247. They are available Mon-Fri 8am-4pm CST, whether it’s a simple question or a warranty-related issue.
